His love of good food, good drinks, and good times eventually led him to the restaurant industry where he is currently building his career within Stephanie's Restaurant Group. Bar ManagerBorn and raised in quiet, coastal Maine, Zach always was allured by the bright lights of the city. As the bar manager for Stephi’s he prides himself in preserving the restaurant’s neighborhood appeal, eschewing the so-called ‘mixologist’ craze. “The two things I care most about: are you enjoying your drink, and are you having a great time?”
