Ben Zemmel

Growing up in his father's Italian trattoria, Alforno, in Connecticut, Ben came to Boston, studying at BU. He then moved to Italy to study Italian cooking at Villamarina, a seafood inspired restaurant on the Adriatic coast. Ben returned to his roots in the family trattoria, later coming back to Boston to open Stephi's in Southie as the assistant General Manager where he helped to develop the wine program with monthly wine dinners at the Wine Bar, eventually transitioning back to Stephanie's on Newbury earlier this year.

Bar Manager
Having a passion for hospitality, she moved from Maine to Charleston, SC, and Charlotte, NC, where she completed her undergrad at Johnson & Wales University in Food & Beverage Management and got her MBA in Global Business Leadership in Boston. The bustle of Newbury Street tourists and socialites drives her ambition for delivering the ultimate guest experience.

Sara grew up in a small town in rural Western Maine. Having a passion for hospitality, she moved to Charleston, SC, and Charlotte, NC, where she completed her undergrad at Johnson & Wales University in Food & Beverage Management. After deciding to move to Boston, she worked behind the bar at Stephanie's on Newbury while finishing her MBA in Global Business Leadership. The bustle of Newbury Street tourists and socialites drives her ambition for balanced craft cocktails while delivering the ultimate guest experience.
